I thought 2 teams can only advance to knockout why is Portugal group having 3 qualifiers ?
There are 6 groups.From each group 2 of the top teams will qualify.But we know that in knock out stage we need 16 teams.So there comes another rule off euro- They will choose 4 teams from 3rd place of each groups,the 4 teams will chosen by their point. Euro will arranged a group according to their((Each groups 3rd position team)) point in Group stage and then top 4 teams will qualify for Round of 16.

@@mohammedmubarack6297 It’s not a rule, In knock out stage we need 16 team but if they pick 2 teams from each groups then 12 team will qualify for Knock out stage.4 teams will short for knock out stage.That’s why euro apply this method

Cannot agree with the format. Blind draw on knockout stage will be more fair at least. Look what happens a lot of times... like 2024 euro... get to have one side with Germany, Spain, Portugal, France and the other side with Italy... Then one side kills each other to get to the final and Italy who was almost out the group stage wins again on penalties.

Hey 👋 Let me explain 😊 So the 3rd place teams will progress, but only depending on their performance in the tournament, compared to other teams that finished in 3rd place. This is how they will ultimately decide who continues to the last 16 along with the 2nd and 1st place teams. 3rd place teams progressing to the last 16 will be decided on either of the following: -Goal difference (Who has the better goal to ‘goals conceded’ ratio) e.g: if a team scores 3 and only conceded 1 goal in the group games, their goal difference will be 3 - 1 = +2 goal difference. The teams with the best goal difference, compared to the teams with the worst, will continue to the last 16. - The teams who are ranked higher in the ‘UEFA’ rankings. (All countries are ranked 1 to.. however many countries in Europe there are with a registered national team with ‘UEFA’. Which is almost all countries. Then.. The top 4 teams, in 3rd place, from all of the groups will progress to the last 16 :) They will all end up playing the winner of one of the groups, so none of them will be in for an easy game Hope that helps!

Allow me to answer :) The winner of group C will play the best 3rd place in either group: D, E, or F Spain won their group, so they will play the best 3rd place in either group A, D, E or F Portugal won their group, so they will play the best 3rd place in either group A, B or C The winner of group E will either play the best 3rd place from group A, B, C, or D The rest of the group winners will play second place from other groups. Not sure how they decided which group winners play 3rd, or second place, but that is the standing order. Hope that helps:)

What level? High School could be fine, but definitely too short to play SF at 6 feet in college or professionally

@@MFWHOM Honestly SF and SG are very similar positions. The training/skillset that you need for both are virtually the same so I don't think it's a big deal if at some point you end playing more SG
@@snowmansportsmedia idk about SG cuz I can't shoot from 3 efficiently the main reason I considered SF was due to it being one of the main defenders which is one of my strong suits

When I was a kid, at all levels of school elementary, middle and high school coaches expected prospects to know how to play the game as if some basketball guru was giving lessons after school was out. Needless to say I was way behind in my understanding of basketball.

btw you cant handpass (or punch) the ball into the goal you have to kick it or slap or punch it ONLY if someone else has passed it to you (you cant throw it up for yourself and punch it, it has to be a pass from a teammate)

I am confused about how teams qualify in uecl, and also i have a question, why does at 2:24 it shows at ucl "4"? i really don't know.
The 4 is how many qualifying slots for the Champions Leagues those leagues have. So for example, the Premier League has a 4 next to it. That means that 4 teams from the Premier League qualify for the UCL each year. The Netherlands has a 2 next to it, so only 2 teams from that league qualify for the UCL, etc.
